Bolton Landing at your fingertips. Easy walk to the Sagamore or to Bolton Landing for dining, shopping or browsing. Updated house with 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths. Wonderful views, gently sloping side yard with patio and grill, gardens and lawn leading to the boathouse with sundeck. To swim you go through the boathouse to the dock end where you can swim or you can go up on the sundeck to relax and sun. The water is deep, probably 10'. House bright and airy with kitchen-dining-living room, sun room off of the dining room, laundry room with washer/dryer. Master bedroom on first floor with master bath, also a half bath off the kitchen. Second floor with two bedrooms and a bath. Cable tv and highspeed internet.
