Owner keeps boat at dock but does not use it. Rockhurst is a "finger" point of the peninsula of Cleverdale on the lower east side of the Lake, off Route 9L. Cleverdale Country Store and the Sans Souci Restaurant are in walking distance. About 20 minutes from Lake George Village, Camp Chingachgook, Great Escape/ Six Flags, Waterslide World and from Golden Goal Soccer in Fort Ann.
