A short drive or walk to the beaches or restaurants of Lake George Village. This house has good sized back yard with patio area, picnic table, gas grill, chimnea, horseshoes and great sun as well as a wonderful view of Prospect Mountain and the wooded area behind. 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths there's plenty of room to spread out especially with the two living rooms, a separate family room, kitchen, dining room,guest kitchen with dining area, bar down near the pool table, wrap around deck with access off dining room. Central air conditioning.Well equiped kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 3 televisions. Landlord supplies sheets but not towels. No phone but great cell reception throughout the house, cable television. Office area with futon and twin bed expands the sleeping areas even more so that 10-12 can comfortable stay in the house (bedrooms and/or beds for 11 including futon). No pets.
This house is available year round. September through May it's $1800/week. Convenient to Gore Mountain, West Mountain, Lake George Winter Carnival, Balloon Festival, Elvis Week and all the Lake George Amenities.Come to ski, snowmobile, fish or whatever. Easy drive to Golden Goal Lacross in Fort Ann.
