Remarks
A great cottage with a sundeck looking across the lake at the mountains, splendid views. Good swimming off the U shaped dock (sundeck above), sun on the sundeck or sit on the screen/glassed porch and enjoy the vists. Small patio adjacent to the house with grill. Glass/screen porch and living room each run the width of the house. There's an eatting area on the porch as well as separate sitting area, living room actually has two separate sitting areas so you can read or watch tv. Washer dryer. A three-quarter bath between the bedrooms, two of the bedrooms with the twin over the full futon set ups, the other bedroom with a full. Small sitting area in kitchen but why sit there when you can go on the front porch or the deck! Situated on Assembly Point, a quiet peninsular community where many walk and stroll, just a quick drive to the Cleverdale Country Store where you can get great pies, sandwiches and fresh vegetables as well as great soft ice cream-a true sign of summer. Sans Souci Restaurant on Cleverdale and the Ridge Terrace on 9L are great destinations for dinner.
